Housekeeping and gardening coordination, stay coordination, attentive tenant support and transparent owner reporting. Tenant sourcing, specialist deep cleaning and external services can be arranged separately.

THE EVERYDAY DETAILS
Thoughtful service is part of the Kawa experience. Exact inclusions are confirmed for each villa and stay.
Enjoy your home without the day-to-day upkeep. Our team takes care of housekeeping and gardening three times a week, pool maintenance twice a week, plus rubbish collection and water filter maintenance—keeping your indoor and outdoor spaces ready to enjoy.
Settle in with the essentials already taken care of: Wi-Fi, Sensatia amenities, tissue and toilet paper, and up to eight gallons of JAAN drinking water each month. Small comforts that make everyday life feel easier from the moment you arrive.
We change your bed linen and towels weekly to help keep your home feeling fresh. Laundry charges depend on your length of stay; for yearly rentals, washing bed linen and towels is charged separately. Electricity and personal laundry are also separate, and we confirm the details of your package before you book.
